Our names are Dimitriou Konstantina and Dalosi Kleopatra and we are undergraduate students Deparment of Ichthyology and Aquatic Environment, UTH University of Volos.
I'm presenting my results from the Winogradsky column experiment that was conducted in 21/03/2016 at Anauros beach (Volos).
We made one column from a 1.5 L plastic bottle which by 2/3 contains mud from the seaside mixed with enrichment materials (1 chicken egg with its shell and some newspaper pieces). After the column was filled to the mouth of the bottle, the mud precipitated and a zone of water was created occupying 25% of the column. The bottle was put in conditions with light intensity and temperatures of 15-20°C.
Today,7 days after the column was made some change. The mud seems to took darker colour and the water took yellow-beige.
I will make a new post when something changes
Day:7
Please do not copy-and-paste your text from previous posts. Also, you must use the latest guidelines I have sent you today via eclass. Finally, I hope you are not incubating your column ON the radiator (or if you do, I hope it is not working...).

Delete...and the water is really turbid and quite yellow.... was it like that from Day 1? If not, what is the reason for this colour?....
