This is my
third blog about our winogradsky´s column.
In the last
week, the weather is cloudy and, so, the bottle didn´t receive enough sunlight
and we didn´t observe any changues.
However, in
the fourth week, the temperature has increased considerably and we watched important changues in the column. In the top
of the mix, it is becoming brown. Too,
we observed the aparition of more bubbles in the surface and more orange spots
in the walls of the bottle. We realised that,in the part of column, where received more sunlight, there are more changues. We believe than these is due to aerobic bacteria and other bacteria of the surfaces of the column, that receive more sunlight, ploriferate faster.
