One month later, we found that our column looked so much differnt from the last time we saw it. And that's because last time we saw it, we could see perfectly two different layers and the black one was bigger than the green one. Now everything is mixed. So we see darkness in some parts, while in other you see a blend of colours. We got really surprised, it was like if we were seeing a miniature of the Earth in a tube. We supposed that the black part is reduced because those bacteria have become foodless so they had started dying while chlorobacteria still living and occupying more space.
